Return & Exchange Policy

  • For Any Damage Complaints a full parcel Opening 360 degree video is COMPULSORY from beginning till the damaged area is shown in the product.
  • Without a valid 360 degree video complaint will not be accepted.
  • Any edited videos or fake opening videos can't be considered.
  • Only SAME PRODUCT Will be Exchanged and NO REFUND.
  • For damaged products Exchange can be availed only within 24 hours after the delivery.
  • Delayed complaints (after 24 hours of delivery) wont be considered.
  • As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.
  • Once the products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement only (in case of damages/defects).
  • In case of any payment failure or transactional dispute, please allow us 5 - 7 working days to process the refund and credit the amount back to customer's bank account.
